Candy Showers White snapdragon (Antirrhinum majus) produces clean white flower spikes on soft, trailing stems. Its neutral color pairs beautifully with pansies, violas, and other cool-season container plants.
Growing in Alabama
Provide full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Water consistently while the plant establishes and let excess moisture drain away from the roots. Alabama’s mild fall and spring weather is well suited to snapdragons, but flowering often slows in hot summer conditions. Remove faded flower spikes or lightly trim trailing stems to encourage fresh, tidy growth.
Size: About 6 inches tall, spreading roughly 16–20 inches. Uses: Hanging baskets, window boxes, and the front edge of cool-season mixed planters.
