Description
Candy Showers Yellow snapdragon brings soft yellow blooms to a low, spreading plant with gently trailing stems. Its cheerful flowers work well in hanging baskets, mixed containers, and sunny bed edges.
Growing in Alabama
Give it full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Keep the root zone evenly moist during establishment, but avoid standing water. Snapdragons bloom best in Alabama’s cooler fall and spring weather; extreme summer heat can reduce flowering. Light trimming and removal of faded flower spikes help keep the display neat and may encourage additional blooms when temperatures are favorable.
