Description
Double Vogue Red is a low-growing, spreading petunia with vivid red flowers above bright green foliage. Use it to bring bold color to patio planters, hanging baskets, edging and sunny mixed annual beds. Its trailing stems help fill containers and soften their rims.
Growing in Alabama and the Southeast
Choose a site with six or more hours of sun and soil that drains freely. For Alabama gardens, keep the root zone evenly moist while plants establish, then water deeply as needed rather than keeping the soil soggy. Containers may require frequent checks during summer heat. Feed regularly during active growth and lightly shear stretched or faded stems to promote new branching. Allow space for airflow in humid conditions. This petunia is usually grown as a warm-season annual.
