It produces clusters of spiky, vibrant pink flowers in late spring and summer, attracting bees and butterflies, making it an ideal outdoor garden plant. This cold-hardy succulent thrives in well-draining soil, under full to partial shade, requiring minimal watering. Avoiding overwatering is crucial for its success.
