Fresh watermelon juice served cold for a summer drink

Watermelon juice is cool, sweet, and easy to make. You only need ripe melon and a blender.

Serve it plain or add lime, mint, or a little heat. Cold melon gives the best taste.

Start with ripe fruit. You can also shop our watermelon selection for fresh melons.

Easy Watermelon Juice

You need:

  • 4 cups cold seedless watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • A few mint leaves
  • Honey or agave, if needed
  • Ice

Put the melon in a blender. Add lime and mint if you want them. Blend until smooth. Taste it. Add a little honey only if the melon needs it. Strain the juice if you like it smooth. Pour over ice and serve.

Spicy Watermelon Juice

Use 4 cups cold watermelon, lime juice, and a small piece of jalapeño. Add a little honey if needed. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice. Add a light shake of chili powder or Tajín on top.

Start with a small piece of pepper. You can add more if you want more heat.
