Peperomia, Ruby Glow

Category:

Description

Peperomia graveolens. Native to Southern Ecuador the Ruby Glow is known for the eye-catching leaves, displaying a light green top side with a ruby red bottom side. This succulent grows to 6″ tall and wide, trailing as they mature.  Preferring bright, indirect sunlight, makes it most common as a house plant, although it rarely produces blooms indoors. The Ruby Glow plant thrives in well-draining soil, with watering occurring whenever the top inch of soil is dry, being careful to not overwater as this could cause discoloration in the leaves and the stems to become mushy. The hardiness zones of the Ruby Glow are 10-12.
