Description

Licorice Helichrysum is a bushy growing plant that produces trailing stems that are densely covered in small round “hairy” leaves. From late summer to early fall this plant produces clusters of small bright yellow flowers that sit atop tall stems. It thrives in sandy moist well-draining soil, needs full sun, and has low watering needs. At maturity this plant can grow to measure 1 to 2 feet tall and 2 to 3 feet wide. The nature of this plant makes it an ideal choice for hanging baskets, containers and edging. The Licorice Helichrysum has hardiness zones from 9 to 11.
